FAQ

FAQ for Employees

Q: Is there travel involved?
A: Yes there is travel involved in your general area. We flag statewide but try to keep you as close to home as possible, but we go where the work is.

Q: Am I guaranteed 40 hours a week?
A: We cannot guarantee hours, that being said we try to make sure everyone gets as many hours as we can give you. Working outside puts us at the mercy of Mother Nature, the amount of hours you get will be determined by several factors: location, availability and willingness to travel.

Q: Do I need a car and a license to do this job?
A: If you don’t have a car or a license you will need to ride with someone who has both. This job requires you be able to follow our clients from their place of business to the job site. Most of our employees work in teams so if you have a driver and a rider it can help with expenses and gives you the stability of knowing who you are teamed up with day to day. We are not responsible for finding you a driver or a rider that is up to the individual.

Q: Is there any room for advancement?
A: Yes! We are growing fast and are looking for hard working, career driven individuals who want to take on more responsibility. This can include mentoring and training, performing safety inspections, supervising and interacting with clients and office staff on a daily basis.
